If your light is in any dynamic mode such as cloud cover or storm mode, the ramp and dim function cannot be used. The ramp/dim and dynamic mode will conflict with each other and cause the light to blink. If this occurs, simply put your timer in F2 Mode or wait for the ramp/dim to end this will not harm the light).
