Here are a few troubleshooting tips to ensure your eFlux Wave Pump operates correctly:
1. Ensure you have the correct power supply plugged in. The eFlux wave pump requires 24VDC and the transformer plug will have a blue O-Ring around the end of the plug. When plugged in, the status light on the pump manifold HUB will blink blue.
2. Ensure the pump is plugged in correctly to the pump plug port. As a back-up, disconnect the pump from the manifold HUB by unplugging it, then re-connect it by plugging it back in (often times this will fix the issue.)
3. If the pump manifold HUB is connected to a LOOP IC manifold light HUB (black), ensure the microUSB connection cable is plugged in correctly and connected via Pump microUSB Port #1 and Light microUSB Port #2 (see below).
4. Using the remote press down the Wave Pump Power Key (light blue) and turn all the pumps OFF. Press the key again to turn all pumps ON. Press the designated pump key number your having an issue with and press STREAM MODE and adjust flow to 100%. The pump should operate correctly.
Note: if the above steps do not work, disconnect the pump from the manifold HUB and carefully disassemble the pump. The impeller should spin freely. If it is clogged, clean the pump and assemble and reconnect.
